Requirements

• Advanced financial analysis, including variance analysis and cost modeling
• Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, data modeling); working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable business insights
• Solid understanding of financial operations, including inventory flows (WIP, FG) and asset lifecycle management
• Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments (operations, supply chain, engineering)
• Strong data forensics and visualization skills to support executive-level communication
• Confident in stakeholder engagement, including internal teams and customer-facing discussions
• Demonstrates attention to detail with high data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive in identifying process gaps and driving improvements
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on increasing ownership
• Open to coaching and mentorship, with the ability to grow into broader responsibilities
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and accountability

• Experience with automation / process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance routine, new, and ad hoc financial analyses aligned with evolving business needs
• Partner with the Senior Manager, Financial Operations to support strategic initiatives and special projects
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and financial governance standards
