About The Position
New Vista Healthcare is currently recruiting a Financial Analyst to join the Revenue Cycle team at our home office in Blue Ash, OH. The Finance Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights, budgeting, and forecasting to support clinical operations and mission-driven care. NewVista Behavioral Health is a forward-thinking development and operating company of behavioral health hospitals, substance abuse rehabilitation centers, behavioral health providers and transport operators, as well as outpatient telehealth solutions. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Excel required
- Knowledge of Healthcare Industry
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance Preferred
Responsibilities
- Run reports
- Balance census
- Answer questions from accounting and communicate with facilities
- Work with Managers and Supervisors each month to identify any current issues or upcoming issues
- Mid-month projections/pre close
- Facility Monthly Reporting
- Denials
- VOB
- Upfront collections
- Back up for coding assignment to coders
