The Financial Analyst is responsible for connecting to various data sources to create and deploy financial reports and dashboards in Power BI, Vena (CPM), or other reporting tools. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire
Excellent query skills and familiarity with SQL database structures
Familiarity utilizing multiple data sources, including financial ERP data
Strong communication skills and comfort with explaining technical processes in simple terms
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Cooperative attitude and flexible approach to a wide variety of situations
Ability to organize and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of data visualization tools and data principles
Strong data relationship and query building skills
Experience with CPM tools

Responsibilities

Create financial reports and dashboards based on ERP data that supports various departments and decision makers
Partner with our data engineering team to create accessible data models for financial reporting
Collaborate with various teams to identify leverageable data sources
Analytically evaluate manually created reports and find solutions for efficiency
Create and review queries for performance and optimization
Perform various project work, as assigned
