About The Position

The Financial Analyst will support the Vice President of Financial Analysis & Planning with financial forecasting and trends, process improvement, and reporting. This remote position is limited to candidates located in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, or Colorado. The role supports CHOICE Healthcare Services, the largest provider of pediatric dental care in the Southwest United States, whose mission is to provide everyone access to the healthcare they need.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another related field.
1–3 years of finance analysis experience.
Proven experience handling financial forecasting and trend analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Sage Intacct, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly organizational cash flow and provide weekly cash forecasts to the management team.
Manage various treasury responsibilities.
Provide periodic KPI and revenue reporting to Operations and the Management Team.
Support FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, performance controlling, management reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
Work with the Vice President of FP&A and the Accounting Team to complete monthly C-suite and board-level reports and materials.
Structure, build, and maintain complex Microsoft Excel- and Power BI-based financial and decision-making models to develop meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
Use systems and develop solutions to streamline reporting and automate internal processes.
Support senior leadership with ad hoc research and analysis to identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and define improvements that drive additional value for CHOICE.
