Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field required
At least 2 years of financial analysis experience

Nice To Haves

Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

Completing financial analysis for the organization
Creating proformas and assisting with business plans for new projects
Engaging in capital and operating budget processes
Producing financial reports and presenting observations in response to requests of organizational leadership and to meeting identified organizational needs and goals for ProHealth Care as they pertain to the Financial Services department
Provides support to Financial Services co-workers, employees, leaders and physicians throughout the organization and to external customers
Evaluates financial performance
Conducts lease-versus-buy assessments and proforma-to-actual reviews
Identifies process improvement opportunities
Communicates financial findings through written reports and presentations
Capital Planning & Tracking/Forecasting/Fixed Assets/Financing
Proforma Business Plan Modeling (Enterprise wide new business ventures)
Ad hoc Reporting/Analysis: Value Analysis Projects/Operational Service Modeling/Economic Impact Measurement
