About The Position

The Financial Analyst will be part of the Financial Analysis team, responsible for driving program business rhythm and providing financial guidance to key stakeholders. The role involves developing performance metrics, preparing reports, and guiding control account managers. Responsibilities include driving program business rhythm with key stakeholders, developing performance metrics and preparing Contract Performance Reports (CPR), reviewing and validating Monthly Estimate to Complete/Estimate at Completion (ETC/EAC) updates, assisting in the development of review materials for internal and Government interfaces, and supporting the preparation of budgets and schedules for contract work, including funding profiles and variance analysis.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
Ability to multi-task and take on challenging assignments.
Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience and ability to interface with senior management.
Strong MS Office skills
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

Earned Value Management experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry
