About The Position

HomeXpress is seeking a Financial Analyst (Budgeting and Financial Reporting) to join our growing team. As the Top Non-QM Lender in the Business, we are known for closing mortgage loans with speed, ease, and convenience. This role is responsible for producing budgets and forecasts for departments, establishing departing P&L budgeting and reporting, performing monthly budget and forecast to actual analysis, tracking operational efficiency, and fulfilling ad hoc reporting requests to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years financial reporting experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills to ensure data integrity
• Strong mathematical aptitude and data analysis skills.
• Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
• Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical skills, and sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Produce budgets and forecasts for departments.
