We're looking for the best and brightest to take our company to the next level. Due to growth, it has created a need for a Financial Analyst at our manufacturing facility in New Berlin, Wisconsin. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role will focus heavily on cost accounting, manufacturing analysis, and gross margin performance in a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is highly committed to accuracy, possesses strong analytical skills, and thrives in a cross-functional operational setting. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting
  • Strong understanding of inventory and standard costing methodologies
  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central strongly preferred
  • Experience with EDI systems and/or BeanWorks a plus
  • PowerBI skills are a major plus

Responsibilities

  • Support month-end and year-end close processes with in-depth gross margin and variance analysis
  • Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances to identify performance drivers
  • Assist with general ledger reconciliations
  • Review and maintain documentation for fixed asset additions
  • Maintain and update standard costing structures and BOM integrity
  • Analyze production order variances and manufacturing performance
  • Support inventory revaluations and annual standard cost roll
  • Develop and maintain strong understanding of COGS at the material and SKU level
  • Maintain rolling sales and volume forecasts
  • Prepare and update operations budget reporting
  • Translate production and cost performance into margin forecasts
  • Support annual budgeting process
  • Investigate loss, labor efficiency, and overhead absorption impacts
  • Partner with plant leadership to drive financial accountability
  • Monitor KPIs tied to operational performance
  • Enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Improve ERP reporting and financial data flow
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes
