Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Experience using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reporting, or data management.
Ability to analyze financial data, identify issues, and determine appropriate actions.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor budgets, expenditures, invoicing, and financial reporting for the Basic Needs Center.
Support accurate fiscal reporting and reimbursement activities for a USDA reimbursable contract, as well as contract and grant funds.
Partner with business offices across Student Life and Leadership and Wellness, Health, and Counseling to support financial operations during departmental reorganization.
Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving to support effective stewardship of funds and implementation of Basic Needs Center programs and services.
Apply organizational policies and procedures to resolve financial issues, reviewing multiple factors and exercising judgment within established guidelines.
