A growing healthcare organization with multiple locations across Arizona and New Mexico is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its finance team. The company has expanded significantly over the past several years and continues to grow. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of healthcare accounting or finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets
• Experience building and maintaining financial models
• Proficiency with ERP systems and consolidating data from multiple platforms
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Self-driven with a track record of managing complex projects
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent presentation skills to communicate insights from data
• High integrity and trustworthiness

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of the healthcare industry and clinical research environment
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of finance and financial modeling
• Basic understanding of accounting principles

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze financial performance against company goals and budgets
• Prepare budget versus actual and variance analysis reports on a regular basis
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting across all relevant entities
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Evaluate investment opportunities, profit plans, and operational performance
• Conduct deep-dive financial data analysis and provide forecasting support
• Translate data into actionable reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Partner with department heads on planning, budgeting, and cost management
• Identify and assess financial and operational risks
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership
• Develop assessment tools, including SOPs and workflow analyses, to evaluate company performance
