Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
0-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail.
Curious and creative, with sound judgment and a genuine interest in the business drivers behind results.
Self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate business needs and act proactively.
Professional, team-oriented demeanor with a willingness to support team success.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Programming background or data-cleaning knowledge.
Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau.
Working knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
Familiarity with the restaurant and/or retail industry.

Responsibilities

Maintain weekly and monthly tracking of key financial metrics to support ongoing performance monitoring.
Deliver accurate, fast-turnaround ad hoc analyses or reports as requested.
Partner with Menu Strategy, Off-Premise, and Operations teams to design and implement structured tests for new business initiatives, monitor performance throughout, and deliver clear, well-supported evaluations of overall effectiveness.
Communicate analysis and findings clearly and proactively to both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively framing insights to support decision-making.
Support the forecasting of sales and volume trends to inform broader business planning.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, approaching each request with professionalism, humility, and a strong sense of ownership.
