About The Position
Responsible for the daily financial tasks, along with AR analysis of the Southern Site Operations. This position manages the daily on-goings of Accounting for four locations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in an Accounting-related field
- Effective organizational and time-management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate MS-Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Intermediate skills in basic math
- Intermediate keyboarding and filing skills
- Intermediate ERP system skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with all Accounting functions on a daily basis and report immediately any issues that could affect timely decisions
- Research Accounts Receivable issues to ensure proper resolution for all SanAm locations.
- Identify, support, institute process improvements within the Accounting function
- Assist any other Accounting function as needed
