About The Position
The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst. Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of finance accounting including journal entries and reconciliations as well as have completed a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Applicants must currently live within a daily commutable distance (No Relocation).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in finance accounting including journal entries and reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience using query tools
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Support month end close
- Prepare journal entries and maintain daily inventory records
- Maintain company inventory records for various business segments
- Review and analyze variances to communicate outliers to management
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget
- Perform reconciliations between Oracle and AS400, adjusting journal entries to the general ledger
