Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (recent grads welcome)
Internship or academic project experience in financial analysis, ideally in healthcare or software
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling)
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and business writing skills

Responsibilities

Compile and analyze financial data for a specific business segment
Develop revenue and expense forecasts, financial models, and performance reports
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy
Identify trends and insights in the competitive landscape to inform business strategy
Assist with financial forecasting and internal account reconciliations
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across finance, operations, and leadership
Compile and analyze financial information for a business segment
Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
Identify trends and developments in competitive environments
Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
