About The Position

This is a hybrid role which requires 3 days in office + 2 days remote. Candidate must be located within driving distance of the St. Louis, Missouri office. POSITION SUMMARY : The Financial Analyst works within the FP&A Central Reporting team embedded within the Finance & Accounting organization. The team goal is enabling the Finance & Accounting organization to become a world-class through automations and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics preferred
• 2+ years of financial analysis, data collection and reporting or related experience preferred
• Technical experience with Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience in delivering solutions that meet business users requirements
• Self motivated and solves problems with intellectual curiosity
• Ability to build relationships with multiple levels of management and across multiple functional areas
• If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, PBM experience a plus
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, Teradata, Alteryx preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with finance & accounting partners to help automate manual workflows and train them in tools and skills to become self-sufficient
• Combine data across multiple, disparate systems such as enterprise data warehouse and other databases to perform analysis and draw conclusions based upon findings
• Work as part of a team in identifying Finance user requirements and delivering automated solutions and effectively and efficiently solve business needs
• Work with stakeholders to drive usage/adoption and promote results and outcomes
• Document key processes and architecture of new solutions
• Use new or existing technologies to build automated reporting and dashboards
• Ad hoc analysis as requested
