About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking multiple Financial Analysts (Experienced and Senior) to support its Air Dominance Proprietary Programs in Hazelwood, Missouri. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. The available positions are within Financial Operations, Financial Controls, and Material Cost Analysis, all of which will collectively support the execution of a proprietary development program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in finance-related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis
  • 3+ years of work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
  • 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • 3+ years of experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required.
  • Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and management of the program's budget baseline.
  • Analyze financial data including Earned Value Management (EVM) data, and provide insights to improve financial performance.
  • Analyze material costs, manage material budget baselines, develop cost models, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain cost models to support the budgeting and forecasting of material and subcontracted efforts.
  • Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics related to material and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams to gather data on material needs and costs.
  • Prepare reports for management and monitor changes in supplier pricing.
  • Support cost control measures and best practices.
  • Develop quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs).
  • Manage the program budget.
  • Prepare various contractual cost reporting deliverables.
  • Develop the Program's Long Range Business Plan (LRBP), and track performance against the plan on a monthly basis.
  • Lead the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process.
  • Prepare contractual cost reporting deliverables (IPMDAR, CSDR, etc.).
  • Review Earned Value Management data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance.
  • Periodically update the Program's business case.
  • Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and dashboards in a proprietary environment.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
