About The Position
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis activities of our organization. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with limited professional experience to gain hands-on exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Requirements
- Strong knowledge of aerospace materials, components, and manufacturing processes

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular analysis of cash flow statements, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast cash flow, assess financial performance, and analyze various scenarios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
- Generate and distribute comprehensive cash flow reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Prepare regular financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Utilize data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from financial data. Identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern or opportunity
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between forecasted and actual cash flow, providing explanations and recommendations for improvement
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, collaborating with the finance team to implement best practices and streamline reporting processes
- Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by senior management
- Performs other duties as assigned
