About The Position

Victors Home Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst with strong Account Management and sales experience to support the financial and operational performance of their growing roofing organization. This role is not a traditional accounting-focused position. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts or customer relationships, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to use financial and business applications to identify trends, solve problems, and communicate actionable insights. Requirements

Availability to work a Monday through Friday schedule of 8:00am to 5:00pm
Ability and willingness to keep & maintain confidentiality
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
Enthusiastic, hard-working, team player
Experience in customer service

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor assigned accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial and operational information.
Partner and support with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve account and financial discrepancies.
Analyze customer and job-level financial information throughout the sales and installation lifecycle.
Review transactions and financial data within various finance and business applications.
Identify inconsistencies between systems and work with internal teams to resolve them.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
Translate financial and operational data into clear information that sales and operational leaders can understand and act upon.
