About The Position

This role is for a Financial Analyst (P2) within Patriot Product Support, operating in a hybrid capacity. The company, RTX, is a global leader in aerospace and defense, aiming to solve complex problems and connect and protect the world. The Financial Analyst will support International Global Patriot programs, which are Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) contracts with Raytheon LADS business as the primary customer. The position offers opportunities to enhance skills in forecasting, estimates at completion, variance analyses, and other financial metrics and tools. The role requires U.S. citizenship due to government contractual requirements for accessing financial management systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of related finance experience
  • Experience with SAP, APEX, or similar business systems
  • Experience in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and/or data analysis)
  • Experience analyzing data, preparing reports and/or presentations for senior leadership
  • U.S. citizenship is required

  • Partnering with Program Managers, CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers to influence decisions and provide personal involvement in the effective implementation of contracts
  • Working closely with Finance Management, Program Management, and functional organizations
  • Supporting the preparation of performance and staffing reports, variance analysis, and maintenance of EVMS processes while ensuring compliance with EV guidelines
