Working closely with the Plant Controller, this role delivers real-time financial insight to the operating management committee across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles. You'll partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams — not just to report on cost and performance, but to help reimagine how finance adds value on the plant floor through smarter tools, streamlined processes, and predictive insights.
