Specializing in several areas of commercial real estate finance, AST is hired on several thousand transactions annually and is the largest firm in its field nationwide. No other company can combine ingenuity, know-how and customer service like AST. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to build advanced financial models, process transactions, and perform intricate calculations. The position includes tailored training in core finance and real estate principles. The analyst will play a key role in day-to-day operations, starting with mastering our programs and services, and progressing to managing individual projects and responsibilities. Additionally, the role contributes to strategic decision-making by analyzing market trends and providing data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
• Effective time management and ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Strong writing skills

Nice To Haves

• 2 years' experience in real estate or finance a plus
