Financial Analyst (Payroll)

Requirements
- Minimum of four years’ experience as a financial analyst preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Access or similar database preferred.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving and reaching goals.
- Adaptable: you must be able to work in a deadline-driven environment, quickly adapting to change and prioritizing needs.

Responsibilities
- Developing financial models and creating reports regarding compensation and benefits.
- Performing variance analysis of payroll information for monthly financial statements.
- Preparing detailed compensation reports for executive management.
- Assisting with development of the budget for compensation and benefits.
- Initiating ACH/Wire transactions for approval; assisting with the bank account reconciliation process.
- Researching, analyzing, and providing recommendations to improve processes.
- Serving as a primary backup for payroll processing and various accounting functions.
