This role involves managing North America retail store rent and occupancy and capital expenditures, including the preparation of financial budgets, monthly forecasts, and reporting. The analyst will partner with the Accounting team and other cross-functional partners to support the month-end close process, analyze North America retail store P&L, and provide commentary on variances. The position also focuses on identifying opportunities to reduce expenses and increase profitability, working cross-functionally to manage expense line items, and preparing store financials for Regional Directors and District Managers. Additionally, the role supports the store proforma process with analysis on store performance and inputs, and handles miscellaneous ad hoc reports and requests for senior executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, with an emphasis in finance or accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis
- Retail industry experience
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Excel
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion Essbase and Planning, and AI proficiency is a plus
- Highest degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail
- Project management skills, from initial idea through execution
- Ability to think analytically and problem solve

Responsibilities
- Manage North America retail store rent and occupancy and capital expenditures, including the preparation of financial budgets, monthly forecasts, and reporting
- Partner with the Accounting team and other cross functional partners to support the month-end close process
- Analyze North America retail store P&L and provide commentary on variances against budget, prior forecast, and LY results
- Identify opportunities to reduce expenses and increase profitability across the retail store divisions
- Work cross-functionally with departments to manage expense line items
- Prepare and distribute store financials to Regional Directors and District Managers on a monthly basis
- Support the store proforma process, providing analysis on store performance and inputs
- Work on miscellaneous ad hoc reports and requests for senior executives
