The Opportunity This position works out of our Austin, TX office in the Neuromodulation division. Abbott Neuromodulation is a fast-paced business unit. We are passionate about both our patients and business and need finance team members who share that passion. The business unit was created in 2017 and continues to transform as dedicated support functions continue to be integrated and the finance team grows. Employees must be willing and able to work with some ambiguity as priorities, processes, and expectations change. We’re seeking an experienced, high caliber Financial Analyst to join our team in our Austin location. Primary responsibilities for this role include consolidation and reporting of Neuromodulation monthly results, as well as for budget cycles, and any ad hoc analysis requested from leadership. You will have an intimate understanding of the activity and variances being produced to be able to speak knowledgably when answering questions from leadership. You will also be responsible for preparing financial presentation content for executive meetings, participate in various projects or tasks, assist with monthly financial closing activities, as well as preparing financial models, ad hoc analysis, and presentations supporting the quarterly LBE (latest best estimate) forecasting cycles.
