About The Position

This is a fully remote Financial Analyst role where the contractor will work closely with Program Manager, Finance, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and Scheduling functions on the ASARS-2B Production program. The role supports Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and weekly reporting of EV metrics along with variances. The contractor will train the Raytheon program team on EVM processes as needed and is required to have previous knowledge of SAP, PMX, and EDIT+ systems and tools. The Contractor shall provide monthly IPMDARs to external government customer, and is responsible for the assembly of the Contract Performance Dataset (CPD) (submitted in JSON format) and the Performance Narrative Report (Executive Summary and Detailed Analysis). IPMDAR is due every +17 business days. Contractor support will be critically important to not only meet this deliverable but also support ongoing and future audits. Additional duties include entering data from source documents into computer or onto tape or disk for subsequent entry, using keyboard or scanning device. Records financial transactions and other account information to update and maintain accounting records. Resolves billing or service complaints and refers grievances to designated departments for investigation. Tracks whether a government contract program is on budget, on schedule, performing as planned, and meeting government reporting requirements.

Requirements

Previous knowledge of SAP, PMX, and EDIT+ systems and tools.
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Experience with monthly IPMDARs.
Experience assembling Contract Performance Dataset (CPD) in JSON format.
Experience assembling Performance Narrative Report (Executive Summary and Detailed Analysis).
Data entry skills.
Customer service skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Intermediate Level experience.
