Make a Difference The Financial Analyst provides financial analysis on existing and proposed programs, prepares ROI calculations for capital projects, assists with the annual operating budget, prepares government cost reports, and completes other assigned projects. This role is part of the Finance Department career ladder, offering expanded responsibilities and salary growth as skills develop.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• One (1) or more years of accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accuracy
• Ability to prepare financial analyses and ROI summaries
• Ability to support budget preparation and cost reporting

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred
