About The Position

This is a full-time position based in Washington, DC, supporting the USCP onsite a minimum of two days per week, with up to three days of telework after an initial two-month full-onsite acclimation period. The Financial Analyst will be full-time position for the USCP IRMD Support contract, providing financial management, budget execution, procurement, payment, reconciliation, and reporting support. Requirements

  • Ability to successfully complete a USCP criminal history check and fingerprinting process and qualify for a USCP identification/access badge is required.
  • Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of federal budget management and execution experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Federal financial certifications.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Statistical tools such as Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for financial management and budget execution.
  • Assist with budget preparation, contract closeout, procurement requests, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Track and report on budget status, validate invoices, and respond to financial inquiries.
  • Work with managers and teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with established processes.
