About The Position

As our portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth. The Financial Analyst will assist with the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all functions. This position will actively support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll, while also contributing to broader financial planning and analysis initiatives. The ideal candidate will be analytical, collaborative, and able to translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience with QuickBooks
Strong understanding of financial principles
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-financial stakeholders
Attention to detail
Integrity
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring all activity is properly recorded, reconciled, and aligned with company policies.
Monitor cash flow, prepare financial reports, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts to guide strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with external tax preparers and auditors to ensure compliance with all federal and state requirements.
Provide recommendations on financial strategies, investments, and risk management, helping leadership make informed, data-driven decisions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial operations.
