Financial Analyst
About The Position
This position will be supporting value-based care strategy and growth initiatives for the Care at Home and Senior Community Care business units. This individual will support the financial modeling and analysis of new market opportunities, support CAH and SCC leadership on an ad-hoc basis, provider performance and engagement opportunities, and developing value-propositions of our operating models. Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate SQL or other relational database solution experience
- Ability to work full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
Nice To Haves
- Experience using Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft Financials
- Ability to build strong relationships across functions
- Data visualization skills using Power BI and/or Tableau
- Comfort working with financial models
