About The Position

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, developing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with leadership, accounting, and operations to drive performance, improve financial visibility, and support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in financial analysis.
Understanding of GAAP principles.
Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, data analysis, pivot tables)
Experience with ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, QB, Oracle).
Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Partner with company leaders across the organization and translate business objectives into functional requirements.
Contribute to the development of Key Performance indicators to support management in monitoring the business operation.
Develop and maintain systems to track and analyze revenue streams (agencies, terminals, web sales, call center, etc.) and their contribution to overall profitability
Prepare financial analyses, models, and reports to support decision-making, including capital expenditures, capital leases, long-term contracts, and strategic initiatives
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to ensure alignment with company goals
Conduct industry benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify market trends, risks, and opportunities
Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize and streamline business operations across departments
Evaluate the financial and economic impact of business initiatives and provide actionable recommendations
Support the monthly financial close process in coordination with the accounting team
Assist in the preparation of presentations and financial materials for senior management and external stakeholders
Collaborate on the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems across the organization
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Dispatch, HR, Maintenance, and IT to align financial insights with operational execution
Support the consolidation of financial data across business entities and drive the standardization of reporting processes across all entities
Perform other duties as assigned
