Senior Financial Analyst (Up To 52/hr)
About The Position
This role involves providing financial planning and analysis support to the Corporate FP&A team during budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and strategic financial initiatives. The position is for an experienced individual contributor responsible for developing financial models, performing complex analyses, preparing executive reporting, and supporting business decisions across multiple corporate functions. The role involves partnering with Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Operations, and other business stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights while supporting enterprise planning activities and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of related experience in data analysis, financial reporting, financial analysis, and/or forecasting beyond the degree.
- Expert or advanced MS Excel skills and PowerPoint experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry, operations, and key expense drivers.
