About The Position

This role supports client benefit strategy by delivering financial analysis, renewal modeling, market evaluations, and compliance support. The position partners closely with carriers, consultants, and account teams to manage renewals, RFPs, and ongoing client reporting while ensuring accuracy, organization, and strong client service.

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience working with a group insurance carrier, broker, or consultant
  • Knowledge of group insurance products (medical, dental, pharmacy, life, disability, CDHPs)
  • Experience with database applications a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial reports, renewal projections, pricing models, contribution modeling, and other plan performance analyses
  • Create clear and accurate market exhibits, renewal materials, and client presentations
  • Own and project manage the RFP process for assigned clients, including finalist presentations
  • Collect, audit, analyze, and interpret carrier and claims data to support client renewals and financial deliverables
  • Maintain accurate market, renewal, and client data in internal systems including D365 and Client Action Logs
  • Partner with carriers, consultants, and internal teams to support renewals and ongoing client needs
  • Advise clients on carrier deliverables and communicate findings throughout the plan lifecycle
  • Distribute and interpret monthly carrier performance reports
  • Prepare benchmarking and financial workbooks for Client Stewardship and Midyear meetings
  • Support annual client compliance requirements (e.g., RxDC, 5500s, PCORI, Creditable Coverage, Discrimination Testing)
  • Maintain organized documentation for renewals, reporting, and ongoing claims data
  • Review peer deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned
