About the Role: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team based in Oak Brook, IL. The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making by preparing analyses, forecasts, and management reporting. This role evaluates financial and operational performance, identifies trends, risks, and opportunities, and translates data into actionable insights for Finance and cross-functional partners. The position also helps maintain data integrity, improve financial processes, and support effective budgeting and planning across the organization. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and dashboards to support business performance reviews and decision-making. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes through data collection, financial modeling, variance analysis, and commentary. Analyze financial and operational results to identify key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings to Finance and business partners. Develop and maintain financial models, cost analyses, and business cases that may support investments, pricing, product, operational, and other business decisions. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, validate assumptions, and provide timely, accurate financial information. Maintain financial data, reporting structures, and supporting documentation to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and reports. Assist with month-end and periodic reporting activities, including performance tracking and reconciliation of financial information. Identify and support opportunities to improve reporting, data collection, controls, and financial processes.
