About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Financial Analyst in Chicago, Illinois. The description identifies the role as Senior Analyst, Global People ZBB (Zero-Based Budgeting), supporting the Human Resources department’s budgetary commitments and working cross-functionally with Finance and HR to optimize and streamline People Financial Planning & Analysis. The role builds and maintains budgeting, headcount, forecasting, bonus payout, and reporting models, and supports global planning and analysis processes. This opportunity is open to W2 candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Build the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) model and process for global stakeholders.
• Maintain the Checkbook Model, a headcount management and forecasting tool, in Workday Adaptive Planning and make continuous enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.
• Partner with the Global Compensation team to improve the Performance Based Plan (PBP) Bonus Payout model in Adaptive Planning.
• Create and maintain key reporting within Adaptive Planning.
• Lead worldwide processes and data-standardization initiatives across tools and systems.
• Collaborate with the Global Rewards Leadership Team and the Chief People Officer to prepare their respective AOPs.
• Prepare the quarterly Management Representation Letter for the Chief People Officer.
• Support ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to drive efficiency.
