About The Position

TD SYNNEX is seeking a driven and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll support business decision-making through financial reporting, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking to expand their experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), operational finance, and business partnership. You'll work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and business leaders to deliver insights that drive performance and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn new systems, technologies, and AI-powered tools.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or FP&A.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud or other ERP systems.
• Experience working with large datasets and business reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support month-end close activities and partner with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy.
• Evaluate financial and operational performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Process and support SPIFF and incentive compensation reporting.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and analysis packages.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and business inquiries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial initiatives.
• Communicate financial results and recommendations to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives and special projects.
