About The Position

The Financial Analyst will join Apple’s Real Estate & Development (Places) Finance team and support its retail portfolio of more than 500 Apple Store locations, as well as offices, data centers, and other properties. The role owns the capital story behind retail projects, including new stores, relocations, expansions, and reinvestment in existing stores. It works closely with development, design, construction, and procurement partners to translate design plans into budgets and schedules, and financial realities into actionable decisions. The work supports stores that provide a world-class customer experience and a positive, sustainable environment for employees.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Finance or Accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including building and maintaining complex models from scratch.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct complex, data-driven analyses and provide clear recommendations.

Nice To Haves

• Construction or capital project finance experience.
• MBA and/or CPA.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make complex data concise and decision-ready for business partners and Finance leadership.
• Excellent prioritization skills and a track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
• Curiosity about how buildings are built, what drives costs, and why schedules change.
