About The Position

This is not a report-running role. It's a business partnership role built around ownership. You'll serve as the financial lead for an assigned area of the business, owning its budget, forecast, reporting, and financial analysis. You'll turn data into insights, help leaders make better decisions, and act as the "CFO" for your area.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience.
3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analytics.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions through data and analysis.

Nice To Haves

SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
ERP and planning system experience, preferably JD Edwards.
Telecom, broadband, subscription-based, or capital-intensive industry experience.
Progress toward a CPA, CFA, or MBA.

Be the Financial Partner for Your Area
Own budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Lead month-end reporting, performance analysis, and forecasting.
Develop business cases, ROI analyses, pricing evaluations, and capital investment recommendations.
Build strong partnerships with business leaders and serve as a trusted advisor.
