About The Position

The Manufacturing Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst. In this role your main responsibility would be supporting Effectors Factories. This role is responsible for executing all weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI deliverables including Touch and Support manpower, HPU performance, Overhead budget expenditures and more. You will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the Factory Operations Leadership Team via critical analysis. You must have excellent communication skills to be able to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments. You will also prioritize resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.

Requirements

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience in financial analysis or related financial experience
Experience with SAP / PRISM / BW (AO Queries)
Experience using Microsoft Office tools (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
