We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Accounting team. In this role, you will support month‑end close activities, prepare quarterly statutory financial statements, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst will also research and interpret relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements, while driving process improvements that enhance financial accuracy, performance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis/reporting
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF/IFS, and data modeling).

Nice To Haves

  • Audit experience preferred but not required
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyze and validate both financial and non‑financial datasets.
  • Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies using historical data and reporting insights.
  • Strong data‑management capabilities and the ability to balance analytical work with accounting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver accurate GAAP financial statements, statutory reporting, and other regulatory filings.
  • Support month‑end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analytical review.
  • Research, interpret, and apply accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
