About The Position

That’s why we need you, a financial analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding to make sure our client's resources can make the most impact. As a Financial Analyst on our team, you’ll create a financial management strategy to help guide our client's decisions at the executive level. You’ll work with seniors across the client's organization to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. Using your knowledge of government budget and finance rules and regulations, you’ll help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with the Senior Resource Manager. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with financial and business programs supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Windows
  • Knowledge of financial and contract systems for administration and reporting to include ALM, BASIS, and COGNOS
  • Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Knowledge of governance and compliance associated with Contracts and Facilities programming and reporting
  • Knowledge of benchmarking or metrics, strategic business planning, change management, data modeling or analytics, creative problem solving, decision briefing, and risk management
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau or Power BI
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
