About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Patriot PAD supporting the Netherlands Patriot program. The successful candidate will be a key member of the finance team and will be responsible for performing detailed financial analysis to help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the EAC position, perform quarterly estimates at completion and monthly latest revised estimate, and utilize other metrics and tools to ensure the successful execution of the program. The ideal individual for this job will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to interact with a variety of management levels. Program Management & Financial Support: Assist with Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, cost and schedule integration, manpower forecasts, Budget Change Requests (BCRs), and assist in quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs). Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years related finance experience
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting and/or variance analysis
  • Experience with financial tools such as SAP, BW, APEX, PRISM, or similar systems
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads effectively
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and critical thinking skills to address stakeholder needs
  • Familiarity with Raytheon financial and Earned Value Management (EVM) is a plus
  • Enthusiastic and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn new tasks and take on challenges with strong written and verbal communication skills
