About The Position

The Network Development team drives Lithia & Driveway’s growth strategy through acquisitions, divestitures, and market expansion. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating transactions, building financial models, and delivering insights that help shape strategic decisions at the highest levels of the organization. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role with strong exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience
Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
Curiosity and drive to quickly understand LAD’s business model and acquisition strategy
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Build and analyze financial models (DCF, IRR, ROI) to support acquisition and divestiture decisions
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations based on financial and market analysis
Support financial and operational due diligence, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders
Conduct market, brand, and demographic research to inform growth strategy and market planning
Assist with acquisition data integration, including reconciliation of financial statements and trial balances
Contribute to capital projects, add-point analysis, and other corporate development initiatives
