About The Position

The Financial Analyst, Marketing will support the Finance and Marketing teams by providing financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting across the C4 and Bloom portfolios. This role assists with month-end close activities, budget planning, and variance analysis while helping identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements that support sound decision making and profitable growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of finance analysis or a related field in the CPG industry is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to build financial models and present data in a clear, digestible way for non finance stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Experience with financial planning and reporting systems such as D365, OneStream, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Clear communicator who can distill complex financial information into straightforward insights

Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for marketing spend across C4 and Bloom — including media, digital, events, influencer, and promotional budgets
  • Support Marketing and Finance leadership with timely, accurate reporting and analysis to help inform campaign investment decisions
  • Help prepare and maintain financial models and forecasts that support scenario planning and budget decisions
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team on month-end close activities including marketing expense reconciliation, reclassifications, and AR/AP coding
  • Assist with the annual marketing budget process, working alongside cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with business strategy
  • Prepare variance analysis reports with clear commentary to help leadership understand what's driving results
  • Support ongoing process improvement efforts across financial reporting and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Operations to facilitate smooth collaboration
