About The Position

The Boeing Company is looking for a Financial Analysis Manager, Boeing Global Services – Government (BGS-G) based out of Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of estimates-at-completion (EACS) for international BGS-G programs. Your leadership will ensure seamless financial integration across platforms, facilitating interaction between Boeing Defense Australia (BDA), Boeing Defense United Kingdom (BDUK), and other foreign governments. Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of analysts, collaborating with engineering teams and program leaders to align financial objectives.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
3+ years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EACs)

Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field
