About The Position

The Financial Analyst II provides advanced financial and operational support for the Behavioral Health Education Center of Nebraska (BHECN). This role involves complex financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and managing multiple funding sources such as state appropriations, grants, foundation funds, and program-generated revenue. The position independently performs and oversees financial functions, requiring interpretation of University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) policies, procedures, guidelines, and relevant federal, state, and sponsor regulations. The Financial Analyst II acts as a key resource to leadership, offering data-driven insights, financial recommendations, and strategic guidance to ensure program sustainability and compliance.
