About The Position

Bowhead is excited to announce our return to PMA‑275, supporting the V‑22 Osprey through the newly awarded Program/Project Management Technical Support Services contract. We are hiring a Financial Analyst Journeyman to help drive mission readiness, modernization, and disciplined program execution for one of naval aviation’s most versatile platforms. Incumbent PMA‑275 personnel are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree. Allowable Substitutions: Associate’s Degree plus two (2) additional years of relevant experience, or Four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3-8 years experience performing responsibilities as outlined above.
• Must be proficient with using N-ERP, experience with the CSPT and PMT.
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
• US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
• Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Due to the location of this work, US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions.
• Provides financial and/or accounting support to the activity.
• Assists IPTs and program/project personnel with financial tracking, spend plans, budget formulation, budget execution, financial data calls, and overall financial support.
• Other duties as assigned
