About The Position

General Mills is seeking interns for its Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). This 10-week program is designed to provide incoming analysts with a variety of roles and experiences, building skills in technical foundations, functional depth, and business basics. The FLDP encourages candidates to demonstrate leadership, hone critical thinking skills, and develop business context, all while experiencing a culture of belonging. Interns will work on projects critical to the business and receive training to accelerate their impact. General Mills aims to be a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives, and reimagine new possibilities.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028
  • Minimum 18-year age qualification
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
