About The Position
The Financial Analyst Intern will support the Finance team in delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and data-driven decision-making. This role provides hands-on experience working with financial models, large data sets, and business performance metrics. The intern will gain exposure to core financial processes while contributing to key initiatives that impact operational and strategic outcomes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Ability to work with large data sets and synthesize findings into clear insights
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Help update financial models, track actual vs. plan performance, and analyze trends
- Work with large data sets to extract insights, validate information, and improve reporting accuracy
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support cost optimization, pricing studies, and financial system improvements
