Job Description Summary: The Financial Analyst Ill under general direction, analyzes financial and capital project data and assists in developing The Texas A&M University System Capital Plan. Evaluates, monitors, and reports project funding for System members and agencies and tracks related activity in connection with the administration of the System's debt programs. Performs financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support capital-planning and financing decisions and ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, controls, and regulatory requirements.
