The Finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst III to support our Product organization. This role partners directly with Product Management and Product Engineering leadership, playing a key part in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and operational support across multiple product functions. This role will also engage the business to develop investment cases, support R&D portfolio analysis, and perform ad hoc analysis for product and engineering leadership. This position is well‑suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and brings strong analytical and communication skills to cross‑functional work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/ CPA preferred.
  • 4-6 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI/Tableau a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and lead cross‑functional efforts.
  • Clear, concise communication and the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Innovative mindset; interest in improving processes and leveraging emerging finance tools.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA/ CPA preferred.
  • Power BI/Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities for Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis for Product Management and Engineering teams, communicating results to leaders in both Finance and Product.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for product investments and roadmaps.
  • Support financial evaluation of business cases for R&D portfolio expansion, and other engineering initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain accuracy in reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements relating to Finance operations.
  • Support headcount planning, CapEx (capital expenditure) and OpEx (operating expense) analysis, PO management, and project-level P&L tracking for product and engineering functions.
